A Good Low Sodium Diet
Maintaining a low sodium diet should not be something that only people who have been warned by their health professional do. Most Westerners consume far in excess of the required daily limits of sodium, as well as saturated fats and synthetic sugars. Be sure to drink plenty of water each day and if you drink bottled water you would benefit from checking the label as many bottled waters have very high sodium levels and you should change to a bottled water that does not have a high sodium content.
